Jaromir Kunc ( February 26, 1900 in Humpolec - January 23, 1971 ) painter

He studied at the painting school of Ferdinand Engelmüller and at the studio of V. Soucek in Prague. Since 1925 a student of Otakar Nejedly. He focuses on landscape painting of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, South Bohemia, Sedlcany, Polabi, Posazavi and Prague motifs. He was a member of the Union of Czechoslovak Artists. He taught painting and drawing in the cultural and social center of the Municipal House in Prague. He exhibited at the Prague Salon and with the Myslbek Association of Fine Artists. She has her works in the Prague City Gallery and other state organizations. Since 1929, he has exhibited individually in Prague, also in the Ales South Bohemian Gallery in Hluboka nad Vltavou.
