Frantisek Adamek ( 14.10.1923 v Kunicich u Rican - 2001 ) painter

He studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague under prof. Kysela, Novak and music. Painter got the basics from his father, a painter Frantisek Podesva. He devoted himself to landscape painting, still life, a strong element of his work is inspired Czech village. Separately he exhibited 1947 in Litomerice and in 1978, 1988 and 1993 in Kamenice. He has participated in collective exhibitions 1950 in Manes in Prague, or the year 1950-1958 Member Stursa exhibitions, 1977 in the Municipal House in Prague, 1978 in Prague in the Central Bohemian Gallery. In foreign countries he exhibited in Potsdam, Frankfurt and Berlin.
