Ladislav Kuklik (August 1, 1947 in Prague) painter and especially graphic artist

Studied promotional graphics at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Prague 1962 - 1966, illustration and graphics under professor J. Trnka and Z. Sklenar at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague 1968 - 1974. He deals with free graphics ( etching, aquatint, dry point ) . He considers drawing, pencil, illustration, bibliophilia and ex-libris to be the main work. He is especially known for female figures and nudes. Since 1990 he has been a member of the Hollar graphic association. Represented in the collections of the National Gallery in Prague and many other state and private collections. Numerous solo exhibitions since 1976 at home and abroad.
