Josef Konecny ( April 20, 1907 in Kamenice near Usti nad Orlici - ? ) painter

He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts under Professor Susser in Brno, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague under prof. Nejedly (1938 - 1940) and prof. Nechleby (1945 - 1946) ibid. He lived and worked in Prague. He has exhibited in many cities around Bohemia and Moravia. He focused on landscape painting and floral stilllife.
