White, painted and gilded porcelain. Decorated on a brown ground with a coloured, gilded, embossed motif of an old man and a young girl in Chinese or Japanese style. Inside the cup, a lithophane, with a girl’s head. Unmarked. East Asia, last century. Height of cup 5,5 cm, diameter of saucer 11 cm.
